- Do you have any finished show clothes ready to go?
Yes. We make ready-to-wear samples to experiment with new designs, color combos, materials, etc. in various sizes. If you see a sample you like but it's not quite your size, ask us if it can be altered to fit you. - How long does a custom garment take?
Generally 4-6 weeks, but it depends on our current workload. We try to keep the current delivery date for new orders posted on the home page. - How much does a custom piece cost?
Please refer to our current price list. - How do I order something?
Please use this form to describe what you want. Eventually we'll have a shopping cart on the How to Order page. - What are your terms?
Half down, the balance plus shipping on completion. - What forms of payment do you accept?
PayPal, eCheck, personal checks and money orders. Since we wait for funds to clear before proceeding, PayPal is fastest, followed by eCheck. - How do your sizes run?
Custom garments are made to your measurements. Sample sizes are listed on our Size Chart. - What is your return policy?
We will accept a return of a new, unaltered garment if received back in new, unworn (except to try on) condition within 10 days. On a return, we refund the price of the garment but not shipping charges. No returns on custom items, previously worn items or discounted items. - How do you ship?
Normally USPS Priority Mail, about $12-15 to US, $25-30 to Canada and $40 to Europe.
