• LEAD TIME for CUSTOM OUTFIT: 
  Generally 4-6 weeks, but it depends on my current workload. I try to keep the current delivery date for new orders posted on the home page.
• SIZING: 
  Custom garments are made to your measurements. Finished measurements of Ready-to-Wear garments (unstretched-to-stretched) are listed on their pages. If you like a pre-made garment but it's not quite your size, ask me if it can be altered to fit you. You can also add more bling :)
• PRICING: 
  • Custom Rail Shirts or Vests start at $300
  • Custom Applique Horsemanship Shirts,  Showmanship or Riding Jackets start at $750
  • Matching Chaps start at $450
• TERMS: 
  Half down, the balance plus shipping on completion.
• PAYMENT: 
  PayPal, eCheck, personal checks and money orders. Since I wait for funds to clear before proceeding, PayPal is fastest, followed by eCheck.
• SHIPPING: 
  Ready-to-wear garments generally ship within 24 hours of receiving payment.  USPS Priority Mail, about $15 within continental US, $40 to Canada and $50 to Europe.  Expedited shipping can also be arranged.
• RETURN POLICY: 
  I will accept the return of a new, unaltered garment if received back in new, unworn (except to try on) condition within 10 days.  On a return, I refund the price of the garment but not shipping charges. I do not accept returns on custom items, previously worn items or discounted items.
